Geometry (vpar, mu)

The geometryVparMu folder contains all the code describing methods which are specific to a 2D operator in velocity space (vpar,mu). It is broken up into the following sub-folders:

• CollisionConfiguration : : Configuration of the collision operator for this geometry.
• GeometryVparMu : - All the dimension tags used for (vpar,mu) velocity space geometry description.
• Initialization methods - Initializes the distribution function (species,vpar,mu).
